Posting of Union Notices. The Union may post any Union notice or document, subject to the Company exercising the provisions of Article 16 -
Posting of Union Notices. Notices of interest to employees may be posted on the premises by the Union. Notice boards for this purpose shall be provided by the Union and shall be in keeping with general furnishing.
Posting of Union Notices. Union notices may be posted on the City’s bulletin boards in a space reserved for Union notices. Copies of such notices shall first be submitted to management for approval and must be signed by the Union official responsible for its posting. Unsigned notices may not be posted. The following bulletins, however, do not require prior approval by management:

Posting of Union Notices. (a) The Employer agrees to provide bulletin board space which may be used by the Union for posting the following notices:

Posting of Union Notices. The Union may post notices of meetings, bulletins or other matters of interest to their members at such places as are agreed by the City, provided that any document which is not merely an announcement of a meeting must be approved by the City before posting.
Posting of Union Notices. The Union shall present all notices other than those pertaining to union meetings, dues, entertainment and safety first to the Director of Employee Relations or the designated Human Resources representative for approval. Should any notice be disapproved, the
Posting of Union Notices. The University shall post official Union notices at the University Human Resources (UHR) offices on the New Brunswick, Newark, and Camden campuses. The University shall also allow Union representatives to post official Union notices on existing bulletin boards or other physical spaces customarily used for official notices to University employees. The Union agrees that notices posted on such bulletin boards or other physical spaces shall contain material related to official Union business only. The Union further agrees that notices posted on such bulletin boards or other physical spaces shall conform to any policies and procedures that may be adopted by the University and that apply equally to all notices.

An additional union board will be erected in the same corridor of the sub-basement as the current Union Notice Board. It will measure approximately four (4) feet by twelve (12) feet, and it will be erected from the corner out, closest to the men‟s locker room.
