Conducting Fact Finding. 4-5-1 The parties shall select a fact finder from available sources, including the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. In the event that the parties are unable to jointly agree upon a fact finder, the fact finder shall be selected in the same manner as set forth in Section 4-3-2.
