CONDUCTING OF ASSOCIATION BUSINESS. Duly-authorized Association officers and representatives shall be allowed to conduct official Association business, including grievance representation activities, on District property as necessary for the performance of Association responsibilities. Such activities shall not interfere with officers’ or representatives’ contractual duties except as provided for in other articles of this Agreement, or by agreement with the District.
