Common use of Conference and Notification Clause in Contracts

Conference and Notification. When an official investigation is initiated because of a student or parent complaint alleging an action which is in violation of Board policy or State Law, the teacher will be notified in a reasonable time frame. During any administrator-teacher conference that may lead to a written disciplinary action or dismissal of the teacher, the conference may be interrupted or postponed at the request of the teacher so that he/she may have representation present when the conference is continued.
