Conference and Planning. 6.13.1 The primary purpose of conference and planning time is for the individual teacher to prepare, to plan, and to confer with students, parents or guardians, or other staff. However, occasionally conference and planning time may also be used for period conferences, departmental meetings, parent conferences, grade level meetings, other cooperative staff planning, in-service training and workshops.
