Conference Notes. The Contractor shall be responsible for taking notes and preparing the reports of all meetings and conferences. Conference/meeting notes shall be prepared in typed form and the original furnished to the Government (within seven (7) workdays after date of conference or as required by task order) for concurrence and distribution to all attendees. This report shall include the following items at a minimum:
