Confetti. The use of confetti in any part of the premises is strictly prohibited.
Confetti. Only real flower petals and/or bubbles may be “thrown” for wedding ceremonies or similar. Other items (such as confetti, birdseed, and rice) are NOT allowed; this is strictly enforced as it affects the health and safety of the local wildlife and the venue.
Confetti. Due to the difficulty of cleanup and the hazards to area birds and wildlife, confetti, glitter, bird seed, rice, flower petals, etc., balloons, kites, flying lanterns, etc. are not permitted.
Confetti. No confetti, glitter, or rice may be thrown or distributed either inside or outside The Xxxxxxxx (however, birdseed is permitted). Bubbles may be used on the front porch and front lawn. Only silk rose petals may be used at The Xxxxxxxx as real petals will stain the historic property.
Confetti. Flower petals only may be used for confetti. Tinsel, foil, plastic, material, paper and any other materials may not be used as confetti. Cleaning costs may be charged if confetti other than flower petals is used on the Property.
Confetti. Confetti of any description including rice is not permitted in the Premises or in its grounds. The throwing of flower petals is permitted in the grounds provided it is cleared up prior to check out. If confetti is thrown in the Premises or the grounds the Owners shall make a deduction as they determine appropriate in order to cover the costs of clearing up the confetti or petals.

Confetti. 35.1 Use of confetti in the venue or surrounds is prohibited.
Confetti. ● Confetti is not to be used at any time on Falling Oaks Swim and Social Club Property. Breaking this rule will result in Security Deposit forfeiture. ● Only currently employed Falling Oaks Homeowners Association lifeguards may be on duty. ● Pool must be vacated by 11:00 pm. Failure to do so may result in police action, fines, and/or additional fees. ● No pool equipment may be altered, tampered with, and/or used by anyone other than an agent of Falling Oaks Homeowners Association. ● Any damage may result in repair charges and loss of use fees until the pool and its area is restored to the condition it was in prior to this rental agreement. ● All costs associated with the repair of the pool and equipment as a result of the renter or guests are solely those of the above renter. ● If the pool is closed due to weather and the guard fee was paid, the guard fee will be refunded. ● No alcohol shall be allowed on the premises or consumed by renter(s) or any guests. ● It is the renters’ responsibility to make sure the pool area is vacated after the lifeguard leaves.
