Clearing Up. The Hirer will be responsible for leaving the Hall, car park and grounds in a clean and tidy condition. Rubbish must be placed in the re-cycling bins with food and other waste appropriately separated and bagged if necessary. Xxxx must be returned promptly. If we do not consider that the Hall has been left in a clean and tidy state, you will be informed and we may retain all or part of the damage deposit to offset against cleaning costs.

Clearing Up. 17.1. The Hirer shall leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition when the hire is complete. 17.2. All rubbish must be swept up, bagged for disposal and put out by bins and all furniture returned to its original place. 17.3. The Hirer is responsible for making sure all doors and windows are closed and properly secure before they leave the building.

Recycling bins and a general rubbish bin are located at the rear of the hall, behind the metal shed. A pedal bin is located in the kitchen and should be emptied before it gets full. In the event of bins being full, rubbish should be removed by the hirer. b) Lights and heaters are switched OFF c) Fixtures and fittings are put back in place d) Windows and fire doors are closed and outside doors are locked

Clearing Up. All music and serving of drink should be stopped at 11.30pm (please note that the power supply to all sockets will cut out at this time). All evening events in the Hall should be planned so as to ensure that everyone has left the Hall, with the Hall left in a clean and tidy condition by midnight. For Sunday evening events, the hall should be vacated by 9.30pm (bank holiday weekends 10.30pm). Please ensure all areas including the toilets, kitchen (and stage area and outside if used) are left in a clean and tidy condition. In particular please ensure that: • Decorations are taken down • Floor spillages are cleaned up as soon as possible to prevent floor damage • Kitchen crockery, utensils, equipment etc are washed and returned to their original places • Food and drink debris is cleaned and cleared away • Used tables are cleared and cleaned to remove food and drink spillages • Used chairs are cleaned if drink/food has been spilt on them • Chair and tables are returned to the cloakroom and properly stacked Floors are swept • Nappies are not left in the toilet areas • Bottles and cans etc are not left outside
Clearing Up. The Contractor is to clear out and destroy or remove all cut ends, shavings and other wood waste from all parts of the buildings and the Site generally, as the work progresses and at the conclusion of the work. This is to prevent accidental borer infestation and to discourage termites and decay.
