Confidentiality and Records. 8.1 The parties to this agreement agree to maintain and respect confidentiality in respect of the content of it and of all and any knowledge of the affairs of the other party which may come to their notice in the course of the negotiation and implementation of this agreement. 8.2 Each party agrees to keep written records of all materials, labour, services and any other matter supplied for or paid for in connection with the implementation of this agreement.
