Common use of Confidentiality of Client Information Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality of Client Information. Consultant shall comply with, and require all of Consultant’s employees, volunteers, agents, and officers to comply with, the provisions of section 10850 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, and of Division 19 of the California Department of Social Services Manual of Policies and Procedures. This provision shall survive the termination, expiration, or cancellation of this agreement to which the State Department of Social Services regulations apply.
