Individually identifiable information relating to a benefit recipient or applicant for benefits will be held confidential and will not be disclosed by You or your directors, officers, employees or agents, without prior written approval of the applicable state. The use of information obtained by You in the performance of your duties under this Section 27.9 will be limited to purposes directly connected with such duties.
