Confidentiality of Personnel Files. It is recognized that the personnel files are confidential and all efforts should be made to have such files stored and/or maintained in a manner that provides for such confidentiality. Official personnel files, to insure confidentiality, are available for review only to authorized District personnel, and other persons having a legal right to review.
