Confidentiality, privacy and data protection. (a) The Supplier and its Personnel must keep the Confidential Information confidential and secure and must not disclose or otherwise make available any Confidential Information to any other person. (b) The Supplier consents to Xxxx publishing or otherwise making available information in relation to the Supplier (and the supply of the Goods) to comply with Law. (c) The Supplier acknowledges that it will be bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) with respect to any act done or practice engaged in by the Supplier for the purposes of the Agreement, in the same way and to the same extent as the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) would have applied to Xxxx in respect of that act or practice had it been directly done or engaged in by Xxxx.
