Configuration Control. Seller shall make no changes in design, manufacturing or assembly processes or source of supply, after approval of the first production test item or after acceptance of the first fist completed end item, without the written approvalapproval of the Buyer. Seller agrees that any approval by Buyer of the first production test item or any acceptance by Buyer of the first completed end item shall not in any way relieve Seller form performing all the requirements of a Contract, including Seller’s obligations under the provisions of the “Warranty” paragraph of this Contract document.
