Confirmation of Appointment. (a) The Issuer hereby confirms the appointment, pursuant to Section 6.14 of the Indenture, of U.S. Bank as trustee under the Indenture with respect to the Issuer’s $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.625% Senior Notes due 2028. (b) U.S. Bank hereby confirms its acceptance, pursuant to Section 6.14 of the Indenture, as trustee under the Indenture with respect to the Issuer’s $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.625% Senior Notes due 2028.
