Confirmation of Discharge. Employees who are discharged will have their discharge and reason confirmed in writing and their pay will be mailed by registered mail to their last known address within twenty-four (24) hours (Saturdays, Sundays and General Holidays excluded) from the time of their discharge. Employees who terminate their employment voluntarily shall have all monies owing them paid not later than the following pay day.
Confirmation of Discharge. The Buyer will have received a pay-out statement from lenders to the Corporation and the Subsidiaries under the Credit Facilities confirming the amount of any outstanding indebtedness and a commitment to discharge security upon receipt by such lenders of payment in full.
