Conflict Among Documents. In the event there is a conflict between the provisions of this Grant Deed and the Agreement, it is the intent of the parties that the Agreement shall control.

Conflict Among Documents. The Company and the Stockholders intend that this Agreement control the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between the Certificate of Incorporation or the Bylaws of the Company and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

In the event of any conflict between or among the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Project Services Agreement or the Steam Venture Agreement, such conflict shall be controlled and governed by the terms of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between any other documents, the later dated document shall control and govern. All terms and provisions of the Project Services Agreement and the Steam Venture Agreement that are not expressly amended or modified by this Agreement or any other document entered into by the parties after the date thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Conflict Among Documents. In the event there is any conflict between this Agreement and any other Contract Document, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
