Conflict Between Plan, Agreement, and Guidelines. To the extent any provision of the Plan may conflict with a term or terms of this Agreement or any Guideline, other than those dealing with the amount or payment of any incentive, then the Plan shall prevail. For greater clarity, in the event of any conflict between the Plan and any Guideline dealing with the amount or payment of any incentive, such Guideline shall prevail.

  • FACTS AND PROVISIONS/LEGAL REQUIREMENTS The term of the Agreement shall be from September 1, 2015, through May 31, 2018.
