CONFLICT OF INTERPRETATION OF TRIPS. Should a driver have a conflict with the interpretation of activity or shuttle routes (13.6 or 13.7), they must submit a written request explaining their conflict to their immediate supervisor for clarification. The supervisor will give a written explanation of how the trip is classified within two (2) working days.
