CONFLICT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The following shall be incorporated into the resulting Contract. Other documents may be identified for inclusion during the course of the solicitation process. Conflicts among the documents shall be resolved in the following order of precedence: a) Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts; b) This document (Base Agreement), the portion of the Contract preceding the Parties’ signatures; c) Appendix B, Office of General Services General Specifications; d) Appendix C, Light Duty Vehicles including Law Enforcement (Model Year 2014 or Current Model Year) Documents; and e) Appendix D, Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises and Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement B. Section 5, Definitions, the definition of “Authorized User” is deleted and replaced with the following language:
