Common use of Conflict with Law Clause in Contracts

Conflict with Law. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to conflict with any state or federal law, regulation, ruling or order, now or hereafter enacted or issued, and such provision, is therefore deemed inoperative, the remaining provisions hereof shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect. The parties agree to meet within ten (10) calendar days of the notice of any such court ruling in an attempt to resolve any remaining issues.
