Common use of Conflict with Policies Clause in Contracts

Conflict with Policies. ‌ In the event that there is a conflict between the contents of this Agreement and provisions of any policy made by the Employer, or on behalf of the Employer, this Agreement shall take precedence over that provision of the policy.
