Conflict with Regulations. If any of the provisions in this Agreement shall conflict with 12 C.F.R. § 30, Appendix A, or the Corporation policies adopted thereunder (as the same may be amended from time to time) the requirements of such regulation shall supersede any contrary provisions herein and shall prevail.
