Conflict with State, Federal Grant. in-Aid Funds Should any provision of this Agreement jeopardize the receipt by the Board of any State or Federal grant-in-aid funds or other State or Federal allotments of money, the provision shall be deemed invalid. In this case, “jeopardize” shall mean a judgment made by the appropriate agency that a particular course of action could delay, interrupt, curtail or eliminate funding of a particular program.
