Common use of Conflicting Contracts Clause in Contracts

Conflicting Contracts. Any individual contract between the Board and an individual teacher, whether executed heretofore or in the future, shall be subject to and made subject to and consistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. If an individual contract contains any language inconsistent with the Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.
