Conflicting Publication. The Author shall not, during the term of this Agreement, publish or permit to be published in any form a work that would compete with Publisher’s sale of the Work (including without limitation subsequent editions, derivative works, and works containing material from the Work) without Publisher’s written permission, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Conflicting Publication. The Author agrees that until termination of this agreement, she will not, without the written permission of the Publisher, publish or permit to be published any book that is directly competitive with the work. The Author does have the right to publish and distribute training manuals that support her seminar.

Conflicting Publication. You agree that you shall not without our prior consent during the term of this Agreement, edit, write or publish any other book, work or publication that may reasonably be regarded as likely to directly compete with or have a detrimental effect on the sales of the Work. This clause 4.5 is not intended to restrict you from using material written or compiled by you for the purposes of the Work in promoting the Work or for non-commercial professional purposes, provided appropriate acknowledgements are made of the Work and our role as publisher. However nothing in this Agreement is intended to permit dual publication in violation of journal ethical practices.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.

The materials that the Grantee copyrights cannot include service recipient information or personal identification data. Grantee grants the Department a royalty- free, non-exclusive and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish and use such materials copyrighted by the Grantee and authorizes others to reproduce and use such materials.

  • POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders.
