Common use of Conga’s Use of Sub-processors Clause in Contracts

Conga’s Use of Sub-processors. Pursuant to this DPA and Clause 9(a) of the Standard Contractual Clauses (if applicable), Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that: (i) Conga’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub-processors; and (ii) Conga and Conga’s Affiliates respectively may engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services.
