The current list of Sub-processors engaged in Processing Personal Data for the performance of each applicable Service, including a description of their processing activities and countries of location, is listed under the Sub-processor Documentation which has been provided to Customer on its request. Customer hereby consents to these Sub-processors, their locations and processing activities as it pertains to their Personal Data.

Customer hereby agrees that the aforementioned means of notification shall discharge Red Guava’s notification provisions under Clause 9 of Exhibit B.

Customer may find on MIRAGE’s Legal Webpage (also accessible via xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx-xxxxxxx.xx/legal ) a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors for each applicable Service, to which Customer shall subscribe, and if Customer subscribes, MIRAGE shall provide notification of a new Sub- processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

You may also find this information on Xxxxxx’s Sub-processor Page, located HERE, as well as a mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors, to which You shall subscribe, and if You subscribe, Kandji shall provide notification of any new Sub-processors before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services.

Customer agrees to Conga’s use of the listed Sub-processors as of the execution of this DPA. Conga shall provide notification and opportunity to object to any new Sub-processor(s) in accordance with Section 9.4.3 before authorizing any new Sub-processor to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the applicable Services. Notification to Customer will be provided to the e-mail address(s) provided in the Order Form for the Service or otherwise to Conga in the purchasing of the Services. Additionally, Customer may sign up for notification at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxx/privacy/subprocessors-and-subcontractors. This notification process is Conga’s only responsibility for notifying Customer of a new Sub-processor.

In the event that nShift needs to appoint a Sub-Processor in order to carry out the Services, nShift shall inform the Customer about the appointment without undue delay. Such information may be published as login events and/or news post in the web user interface of the affected nShift services

If Customer subscribes to the mechanism to subscribe to notifications of new Sub-processors, ClickDimensions shall provide notification of a new Sub-processor(s) before authorizing any new Sub-processor(s) to Process Personal Data in connection with the provision of the Services.
