Connected Load. If I fail to use natural gas service, Xcel Energy may charge me (i) the reasonable cost of D installing the gas facilities, less any contribution I made, or (ii) the Monthly Minimum Charge plus any applicable surcharges or taxes.
Connected Load. In consideration for BLNG installing gas service, I agree to begin using gas service within 90 days after BLNG completes service installation. If I fail to use natural gas service, BLNG will charge me the Monthly Base Rate plus any applicable surcharges and taxes.
Connected Load. The combined electrical requirement (i.e., the sum of the capacities and/or ratings) of all motors and other electric power consuming devices installed on the Customer's premises.
