Common use of Connection Application Clause in Contracts

Connection Application. Party B shall submit a connection application to Party A thirty (30) days prior to the Initial Connection Date of the Power Plant (units) which shall include the scope of the facilities to be connected, the basic conditions, the acceptance results, the commissioning schedule and plan for the Power Plant (units) to be connected, etc., and shall be attached with all documents set out in Article 5.5 hereof.
