Connection Through Signal Transfer. Point (STP). DSL must interconnect with the GTE STP(s) serving the LATA in which the traffic exchange trunk groups are interconnected. Additionally, all interconnection to GTE's 800/888 database and GTE's Line Information Data Base (LIDB) shall, consistent with this section and Appendix G attached hereto, take place only through appropriate STP pairs.
