Connections and Interfaces. Payer shall establish all interfaces to the Synetic System from the Payer System and modify the Payer System to provide additional capabilities as are reasonably necessary for the proper use of the Clinical Transaction Services. Payer shall establish such interfaces as soon as practicable pursuant to, and, in any case, not later than the dates specified in, the Project Plan.

Such Stockholder agrees to promptly give Parent any information necessary for the preparation of any such disclosure documents, and such Stockholder agrees to promptly notify Parent of any changes with respect to information supplied by such Stockholder specifically for use in any such disclosure document, if and to the extent that any such information shall have become false or misleading in any material respect.
