Connectivity on infrastructure level. The administrator of an HIE infrastructure is responsible for allowing other parties to connect to the endpoints as provided in the “Connection Document”. If there any special requirements for achieving connectivity (e.g. IP whitelisting, IP-sec tunnelling etc.) the administrator of an HIE infrastructure shall mention these requirements in the connection document.

Connectivity on infrastructure level. The BGZ Vendor is responsible for allowing other parties to connect to their system’s interface endpoints and shall provide information about such endpoint including information on the required mTLS cerficates or other information that enables another vendor to connect to these endpoint. If there any special requirements for achieving connectivity (e.g. IP whitelisting, IP-sec tunnelling etc.) the BGZ Vendor shall mention such requirements.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Utility Infrastructure During the term of this Agreement, Company will have the right to receive water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, telecommunication and data services at the Premises.
