We may also ask you for additional information in connection with the Account and request credit reports to verify your current credit standing. You agree that we may release information to others, such as credit reporting agencies, regarding the status and history of the Account. However, we are not obligated to release any such information unless required by law.
Credit Requirements The amount to be secured by the User from [date] is set out in the Secured Amount Statement issued from time to time and as varied from time to time in accordance with Section 2 of the CUSC.
Audit Report Audits will be conducted as provided by the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 and OMB Circular A-133. The Department of Justice and Department of the Treasury reserve the right to conduct periodic random audits.
