The Customer expressly invites the Company, for the purpose of administering the terms of the Agreement from time to time, to make direct contact with the Customer by telephone, fax, or otherwise. The Customer consents to such communications and acknowledges that such communication would not be considered by the Customer as being a breach of any of the Customer’s rights under any relevant data protection and/or privacy regulations.
