Consent to Entry Sample Clauses

The 'Consent to Entry' clause grants permission for a specified party, often a landlord or property manager, to enter a property under certain conditions. Typically, this clause outlines the required notice period, acceptable reasons for entry—such as repairs, inspections, or emergencies—and any restrictions on timing or frequency. Its core function is to balance the property owner's right to access the premises with the occupant's right to privacy, ensuring both parties understand when and how entry is permitted.
