Pest Control Services. In the event that a Covered Person’s usual place of residence is invaded by pests, including bees and termites, Platinum Card Assistance shall arrange assistance to control the infestation.

Pest Control Services. Project Co will:
(a) provide a comprehensive preventative, reactive and on-call pest control service for all pest, including insects, rodents and birds, using personnel who are fully trained, qualified and able to provide high quality professional and practical advice;
(b) notify the Authority immediately of any pest/vermin infestation;
(c) undertake all work in a safe manner with minimal interference with the Authority’s operations and with minimal risk in terms of safety, food hygiene, infection control, and damage to the Facility;
(d) provide safe, tamper resistant and efficient methods of catching, destroying and safely disposing of pests, adopting safe and humane procedures in all instances;
(e) if non-chemical forms of pest control are ineffective, use chemical treatment and specific chemicals consented to by the Authority provided that no chemicals will be used which may come into contact with patients, staff, or visitors directly or indirectly;
(f) ensure the use of any permitted chemicals, including pesticides, is strictly controlled and monitored;
(g) maintain all records of the use of any permitted chemicals and advise the Authority in advance of the type of chemicals it intends to use;
(h) include in its monthly report to the Authority a complete overview on pest control activity within the Facility during the previous period and identifying future action which will include the following:
(1) identification of any pest/vermin infestation;
(2) details of the locations and areas inspected and treated and the product names and product number of the pesticide used if applicable;
(3) the number, type and location of infestations reported;
(4) any evidence of any pest and any belief that any infestation is associated with any other premises whether Authority -owned or otherwise that may affect the Facility plant; and
(5) a description of recommended preventative measures to minimize re-infestation.
Pest Control Services. Lessor shall provide pest control for the Leased Premises as necessary to the control the infestation of ants, roaches, other insects and rodents. Lessor shall provide or contract to a commercial pest control firm to provide preventative treatment services at the Leased Premises for at least roaches and other insects. Pest Control Services. A. Monthly Pest Control Services shall be provided for the extermination of rats, mice, roaches, water bugs, ants, silverfish, earwigs, crickets, grasshoppers, and any other pests/insects which might be found at the OYDC.
B. Services shall include treatment for the prevention and reappearance of all pests/insects.
C. Services shall be provided monthly which includes inspection and treatment to all the sites listed below:
1. One (1) occupied cottage/Oak Cottage 2. Five (5) Unoccupied cottages
3. Training Annex /Unit II

However, American Express Platinum Card Assistance shall not be held responsible for non-execution or delays resulting from any cause or event not reasonably within its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters; civil war; armed rebel lion or conflict; war; insurrect ion ; military acts of foreign nations; revolution; riots by collective action involving threats and actual disturbance; prohibition by Government authorities to permit such services; all acts of sabotage or terrorism: radioactivity: nuclear war; toxic fallout: volcanic eruption and all 'Acts of God', thus making the performance of this agreement impossible. Any fraudulent act, forgery, false or misleading evidence or omissions on the part of the Covered Person shall automatically end all obligations to provide the Cove red Person with assistance services. American Express Platinum Card Assistance shall not be li ab le for costs associated with assistance services, whereby American Express Platinum Card Assistance is not notified in the first instance or where services are provided by a third party not authorized by American Express Platinum Card Assistance. If the Covered Person has asked American Express Platinum Card Assistance to provide services, however, later it is found that the services provided fell under an exclusion as defined elsewhere in this Agreement the incurred costs by American Express Platinum Card Assistance in relation to providing such services shall be charged to the Covered Person's American Express Platinum Card. You agree and under take that all expenses incurred by you overseas shall be governed by your entitlements as stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RB I) and strictly in accordance with the prevailing exchange control regulations issued and as amended by the RBI from time to time. Pest Control Services. LESSEE is responsible for all costs related to continual or event specific pest and rodent control services in the Premises. The CITY provides for on-going rodent control services in common use areas and CITY specific areas of the airport terminal building.
Pest Control Services. Landlord may direct the use of all pest control, extermination and scavenger contractors at such intervals as Landlord may require. Tenant recognizes the use of such services by Landlord and holds Landlord harmless, from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability and expense, including attorneys’ fees, in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of any such use.
