Consent to Injunction. Executive agrees that the Company will or would --------------------- suffer an irreparable injury if Executive were to violate Sections 5.3 or 5.4 of this Agreement and that the Company would be entitled to injunctive relief in a court of appropriate jurisdiction and Executive stipulates to the entering of such injunctive relief prohibiting Executive from continuing to violate Sections 5.3 and/or 5.4.
Consent to Injunction. Executive agrees that the Company will or would suffer an irreparable injury if Executive were to compete with the business of the Company or any of its subsidiaries in violation of this Agreement and that the Company would by reason of such competition be entitled to injunctive relief in a court of appropriate jurisdiction and Executive stipulates to the entering of such injunctive relief prohibiting him from competing with the Company or any present affiliate of the Company in connection with the business of the Company, in violation of this Agreement.
Consent to Injunction. The Executive acknowledges that any breach of a covenant contained in Paragraph 5 of this Agreement will result in irreparable injury to the Company or its Subsidiaries and that the Company's or its Subsidiaries' remedy at law for such a breach may be inadequate and will be extremely difficult to calculate or determine. Accordingly, the Executive agrees and consents that upon any such breach, the Company or its Subsidiaries shall, in addition to all other remedies available at law and in equity, be entitled to (A) both preliminary and permanent injunctions to prevent or halt any such breach or threatened breach, and (B) recover the cost of such attorney's fees as the Company or its Subsidiaries may incur to enforce it rights hereunder if the Company is a prevailing party in such litigation. Further, the Executive agrees that in the event of any breach hereunder, the Company or its Subsidiaries shall have the right to seek restraining orders and/or injunctions.
Consent to Injunction. I acknowledge that Company would suffer irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone would not adequately compensate Company if I breached this Agreement. For that reason, I agree Company shall be entitled to injunctive relief to enjoin any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, in addition to any other available remedies.

The Executive acknowledges that any breach of a covenant contained in Paragraph 5 of this Agreement will result in irreparable injury to the Company or its Subsidiaries and that the Company's or its Subsidiaries' remedy at law for such a breach may be inadequate and will be extremely difficult to calculate or determine. Accordingly, the Executive agrees and consents that upon any such breach, the Company or its Subsidiaries shall, in addition to all other remedies available at law and in equity, be entitled to (A) both preliminary and permanent injunctions to prevent or halt any such breach or threatened breach, and (B) recover the cost of such attorney's fees as the Company or its Subsidiaries may incur to enforce it rights hereunder if the Company is a prevailing party in such litigation. Further, the Executive agrees that in the event of any breach hereunder, the Company or its Subsidiaries shall have the right to seek restraining orders and/or injunctions and the Executive hereby waives the right that the Company or its Subsidiaries be obligated to post any related bond otherwise required by law to be posted in connection with any restraining order and/or injunction filed against the Executive.
Consent to Injunction. Executive acknowledges that Company would suffer irreparable harm for which monetary damages alone would not adequately compensate Company if Executive breached his obligations under this Article VI. For that reason, Executive agrees Company shall be entitled to injunctive relief to enjoin any breach or threatened breach under this Article VI and that the amount of any bond required to be posted by Company in support of injunctive relief shall be no more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500). The injunctive relief provided for in this Section 6.6 shall be in addition to any other available remedies.
Consent to Injunction. In addition, Employee acknowledges that any breach of Articles IV or V of this Agreement by Employee may result in irreparable injury to Company, and therefore, in addition to all other remedies provided by law, Company shall be entitled to an injunction to prevent a breach or contemplated breach of any of the covenants contained herein. If Company is required to post a bond to obtain any injunction or other relief, Employee agrees that the bond shall not exceed $1,000.00.
Consent to Injunction. Employee agrees that his violation or threatened violation of paragraphs 6 or 8 shall constitute a breach of this Agreement that will cause or will threaten to cause irreparable injury to Employer, and that monetary damages alone would not adequately compensate Employer for the harm suffered. Employee agrees that Employer shall be entitled to injunctive relief to enjoin any breach or threatened breach of paragraphs 6 or 8 in addition to any other available remedies.
Consent to Injunction. Employee acknowledges that his breach of any covenant set forth in this Section 6 will result in irreparable injury to the Company and that the Company's remedies at law for such a breach will be inadequate and extremely difficult to calculate or determine. Accordingly, Employee agrees and consents that upon such breach or threatened breach by Employee of any covenant set forth in this Section 6, the Company shall, in addition to all other remedies available at law and in equity, be entitled to a temporary restraining order, preliminary and interlocutory injunction, and permanent injunctions to prevent or halt such a breach or threatened breach by Employee of any covenant contained herein. Any violation of the covenants contained in this Section 6 shall automatically toll and suspend the period of such covenant for the amount of time the violation continues.
Consent to Injunction. Executive acknowledges that his breach of any covenant set forth in this section 15 will result in irreparable injury to the Corporation and that the Corporation's remedies at law for such a breach are inadequate and extremely difficult to calculate or determine. Accordingly, Executive agrees and consents that upon such a breach by Executive of any covenant set forth herein, the Corporation shall, in addition to all other remedies available at law and in equity, be entitled to both preliminary and permanent injunctions to prevent or hold such a breach or threatened breach.
