Confidentiality Conflict of Interest. Confidential information acquired in the course of service at Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx University Hospital may only be used for Hospital purposes. Authorization to access Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx University/Hospitals information assets is granted specifically and exclusively for University/Hospital purposes and my job function. I understand that confidentiality must be maintained regardless of the source of the information (spoken word, written records, electronic records, or other University/Hospital records that are not a matter of public record). I agree to abide by and promote adherence to University/Hospital Policies and Procedures related to confidentiality, access to information, and the use of information systems. Any unauthorized access, modification, destruction, representation, or disclosure of University/Hospital information constitutes a violation of policy and is subject to applicable disciplinary and legal action. While House Staff members are encouraged to participate in various extramural organizations, government agencies and/or professional associations, the House Staff Member should exercise caution and sensitivity to avoid any participation or affiliation that could be detrimental to the hospital. House Staff members should seek advice from their department residency program director or chairman before making any commitments that may be potentially compromising to the Hospital's interests.

Give mentor 2 weeks’ notice. – Create an agenda for each meeting to maintain efficiency – Prepare for each meeting with relevant questions for discussion to ensure a productive and informative session – Be on time for each meeting – Take notes during the entire meeting – After the meetings, type the notes and post them to a file sharing website, so your team and mentor can track your progress, as well as submit to Xxxxx_Xxxxxxx@xxx.xxx for administration tracking purposes – Limit each meeting to 1 ½ hours unless otherwise indicated by mentor • Events- When appropriate, attend events hosted by New Venture Initiative and DifferenceMaker. This will allow you to gain insight from multiple mentors and professionals. This may give you new insights and knowledge that will help in discussions and meetings with your mentor. • Feedback- Once the mentoring program has been completed you will be asked to provide feedback about your experiences with the program in an evaluation survey format. • Incompatibility-In the event that your match is incompatible; either party can ask the Mentor Program Administrators to dissolve the match. Where possible, this should be discussed beforehand out of respect for your partner. Confidentiality Conflict of Interest. PROPRIETARY INFORMATION. Executive shall keep confidential, except as the Company may otherwise consent in writing, and not disclose or make any use of except for the benefit of the Company, at any time either during or subsequent to his employment by the Company, any Proprietary Information which he may produce, obtain or otherwise acquire during the course of his employment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 5.2 shall not apply to the Executive if the Executive's employment was terminated pursuant to Section 4.3 or Section 6.1.2.1 of this agreement.
