Consent to Levy of the Special Charge. The Property Owner consents to the Special Charge (Actual) being levied by the City on the Property pursuant to the Regulation, and agrees to pay the Special Charge (Actual) in equal annual amounts over the Special Charge Term, by making 11 monthly payments per year under the Pre-authorized Property Tax Payment Plan. The Property Owner understands that such monthly payments will be in an equal amounts, except for the final payment which may be greater or lower to address any remainder amounts.
