Commencement of charges. The Trader is liable to pay charges in respect of an ICP from:
(a) the day the ICP is Energised or Re-energised; or
(b) if the Trader is assuming responsibility for the ICP, the later of the Switch Event Date or the date that the ICP is Energised.

(a) the Commencement Date in the case of ICPs or Consumers supplied by the Retailer at the Commencement Date; or

Commencement of charges. Distribution Services charges apply in respect of an ICP from the ‘start date’ in the EIEP1 files provided by the Retailer, and for the avoidance of doubt the ‘start date’ in the EIEP1 files must comply with clauses 38 and 40 of EIEP1.

The ERP Upgrade Service Charge will begin on the date described in Schedule D. Charges for Additional Services and the Disengagement Services (other than the ongoing Services that continue during the disengagement period) shall begin on the date specified in the applicable Supplement. For avoidance of doubt, Customer will remain responsible for the Charges for ongoing Services during the period of disengagement, which shall be the same as the Charges for the ongoing Services otherwise provided for in this Agreement.
