Consequences of Suspension. 22.14 If the Service is suspended in accordance with our CRA, then you will not have to pay any charges for the Service while it is suspended. However, if the Service is suspended by reason of any of the circumstances referred to in clause 12.3 of the General Terms, or at your request under clause 12.9 of the General Terms, you must pay a reconnection fee as set out in the Pricing Schedule prior to the expiration of the suspension and recommencement of the Service.
