Consequences of Suspension. ‌ If a Service is suspended in accordance with clause 6.2, the Customer will not be liable to pay any usage based portion of the Fees for that Service for the period of the suspension and OptiComm will not be liable to pay any rebates under the Service Level Agreement for the period of the suspension.
