Consequences of Termination Expiration or termination of this Agreement by either party shall not affect the rights and obligations of the parties that have accrued prior to the effective date of termination of this Agreement, including provisions referenced In the License Agreement which survive this Agreement, to the extent such survival is necessary for the interpretation of a provision of the License Agreement. Should Abboxx xxxminate this Agreement under the provisions of Section 9.3, or should Abboxx xxxl to honor the resolution of the Alternative Dispute Resolution provisions of Section 10.7 initiated by RiboGene under the provisions of Section 9.4, RiboGene's obligation under Section 2.9 shall terminate immediately upon termination of this Agreement.
