Consideration - Amounts and Time for Payment. In consideration of the rights granted by DFCI to Licensee under this Agreement, Licensee shall make the following payments to DFCI according to this Article 3 and Article 4, on behalf of itself, any Affiliate(s) or Sublicensee(s).
