Consolidated EBITDA to Consolidated Debt Service. The Parent will not permit the ratio of Consolidated EBITDA to Consolidated Debt Service for the NCLC Group at the end of any fiscal quarter, computed for the period of the four consecutive fiscal quarters ending as at the end of the relevant fiscal quarter, to be less than 1.25:1.00 unless the Free Liquidity of the NCLC Group at all times during such period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending as at the end of such fiscal quarter was equal to or greater than $100,000,000.

  • Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio shall not be less than 1.50 to 1.00, determined based on information for the most recent fiscal quarter annualized.
