Constitution of Classification Appeal Board. There shall be a board to be known as the Classification Appeal Board, consisting of a Chairperson and members to be appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council to serve for a period of one year in the first instance, subject to extension for further periods at the discretion of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
