Sick Leave Accumulation. A. An employee shall accumulate one (1) day of sick leave for each calendar month of service in which he/she works one-half (½) or more of scheduled duty days.
B. Unused sick leave days shall accumulate from year to year to an unlimited amount.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Employees, except for emergency, temporary, and intermittent employees shall accrue sick leave at the rate of four (4) hours per pay period of continuous employment beginning with their date of eligibility. Intermittent employees shall become eligible for sick leave after completion of sixty-seven (67) working days in any twelve (12) month period. Temporary unclassified employees appointed for periods longer than six (6) months shall be considered eligible for purposes of this Article. Eligible employees appointed to emergency or temporary status from layoff status shall continue to be eligible to accrue and use sick leave.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Full-time unit members shall accumulate 3.692 hours of sick leave credit for every completed bi-weekly payroll period. Job Share and regular status part-time employees who occupy a budgeted position will accrue sick leave on a pro-rated basis determined by the number of hours worked.

All full-time classified bargaining unit employees shall be entitled to one and one-fourth (1 1/4) days of sick leave per calendar month for employment unless on leave of absence, or a total of fifteen (15) days per year. All sick leave accumulation is rounded up to the nearest quarter (1/4) hour.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Employees hired prior to January 1, 2019 shall accumulate sick leave at the following rates: 0-5 years 120 hours per year (15 days) 6-10 years 130 hours per year (16 days)
Sick Leave Accumulation. The unused portion of allotted sick leave benefits shall accumulate to an unlimited amount.
Sick Leave Accumulation. Employees shall be credited with sick leave at the rate of 10 (ten) days per year. Employees may accrue 60 days, plus the days earned in the current year. By way of example, employees who end the school year with at least the maximum number of days will carry over 60 days and may accumulate ten (10) additional days during at the start of the contract year, for a maximum of 70 days available to the employee during the school year. Sick days are non-compensable at the time of termination of employment.
