Common use of Constitution of Committee Clause in Contracts

Constitution of Committee. For the purpose of this Contract there will be a Committee consisting of [•] representatives from the Ministry, one of whom shall be the chairman, and the same number of representatives from the Contractor, and if there is more than one Party comprising Contractor, at least one representative from each Contractor, as nominated by the Ministry and the Contractor, respectively. For each of its representatives, the Ministry and the Contractor may nominate an alternate to act in the absence of the representative.
