Common use of Constructability and Bidability Reviews Clause in Contracts

Constructability and Bidability Reviews. The Contractor will conduct constructability and bidability reviews of the Construction Documents. The reviews will attempt to identify all discrepancies and inconsistencies in the Construction Documents, especially those related to clarity, consistency, and coordination of Work of Subcontractors and suppliers. The Contractor shall provide the Town with a written report containing, at a minimum, (i) a summary of the research and analysis conducted, (ii) a detailed description of any constructability issues or challenges and (iii) recommendations for correcting any constructability issues or challenges.
